Tủ Mây is a storage company in Ho Chi Minh City. A crew comes to your door, every item is photographed into a catalogue you can open on your phone, and anything comes back on request. Households, people between leases, and companies with stock and records all get the same crew, the same catalogue and the same published prices.

Valet storage, and self storage with the same crew.
Most storage in Vietnam is a locked room and a price per square metre. You find a truck, you carry, you forget what went in which box. We built the opposite: you point at what has to go, and it goes.
Valet storage
The crew packs, wraps and photographs every item at your door, drives it to a facility and shelves it under your name. The truck, the crew and the photo catalogue are inside one collection fee, from 1,093,000 VND one way or 2,186,000 VND with the final return included; packing with boxes, tape and wrap is a line you add when you want it, from 1,208,000 VND. Storage is then a flat monthly figure by size: Small, Medium or Large, counted in boxes of 60 × 40 × 40 cm.
You never visit a warehouse. Tap Deliver on an item in your dashboard and it is back within 48 hours as standard, or within 24 hours on Express.
Self storage
The same crew collects, but your things go into a unit of your own with your own lock and 24/7 access, at whichever of the five facilities suits you and has space. Self storage takes one month deposit and starts at 1,458,000 VND a month for a Small unit. It suits people who rotate stock weekly or want to walk in on a Sunday.
Business storage
Retail overflow, event and POSM material, documents, IT equipment between offices. We have worked with large corporates and B2B clients whose auditors want a ledger and whose marketing teams want the booth back by Thursday. Every business account gets team access with roles, par levels with low-stock alerts, a movement history exportable to CSV, and invoices in the portal.

Book in three minutes
Pick valet or self storage, a size by boxes, standard or air-conditioned, one way or both ways, and a date at least 2 days out, up to 90 days ahead. Collections run 08:00 to 21:00, seven days a week. One invoice for the term you chose, paid by bank transfer before we come; nothing is charged automatically.

We collect and catalogue
The crew brings boxes, tape and wrap, packs what is loose, and photographs every item before it goes on the van. The photos become your catalogue, searchable by name, code or location.

It is kept properly
Five facilities run with our partner MyStorage: CCTV, passcode and fingerprint entry, professional pest control, and air-conditioned units held at 23 to 25°C for anything that dislikes a Saigon summer.

Anything comes back
Tap Deliver on one item or the whole plan. Every month the plan carries free moves, in or out: ten on Small, twenty on Medium, thirty on Large, and anything past them is priced by the piece. Standard delivery is within 48 hours, Express within 24 hours at double the delivery fee. The final return is included on a both-ways plan; a delivery in between is 100,000 VND an item, a box or a wardrobe alike.

Prices you can read before you call
Three sizes, two climates, two services, one collection fee. All of it is published on the help page and computed in the booking form before you type your name.
Care over square metres
A wardrobe is not two cubic metres to us. It is wrapped and handled as a wardrobe, and photographed so its condition on the way out is the condition on the way in.
We say no when we should
Nothing illegal, dangerous, perishable or alive. Two days notice unless we can genuinely arrange sooner. If a request would end badly for your things, you hear that before you pay.

Is Tủ Mây a warehouse I can visit?
Valet customers do not visit; the catalogue and the crew replace the trip. Self storage customers have their own unit with their own lock and 24/7 access.
Do you own the facilities?
The facilities are operated with our storage partner MyStorage. Tủ Mây runs the collection, the cataloguing, the portal and the returns, and your contract is with Công Ty TNHH Tủ Mây.
How is Tủ Mây different from a moving company?
A mover carries things from A to B once. We carry them from A to a shelf, keep a photographed record, and bring back any single item when you ask. Moving between two homes with a gap in the middle is a common reason to use us.
Can a company use the same service?
Yes, and many do. Business accounts add team roles, par levels, cycle counts and a CSV ledger on top of the same collection and catalogue. See the business page.
What is the smallest thing you will store?
A Small plan is up to 12 boxes of 60 × 40 × 40 cm. There is no per-box tier below that; the collection fee covers the crew and the van whether they carry six boxes or twelve.
