Photos of what is going

A wide shot of each room or pile. We count boxes and furniture from that; you do not need to measure anything.

Your district and a date

Collection is free inside Districts 1 to 5, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan and Go Vap; other districts add 230,000 VND to the collection. Two days notice is standard, sooner adds 30% of the collection fee.

Valet or self storage, and for how long

Valet means we shelve it and deliver on request. Self storage means your own unit and your own lock, with one month deposit.

Sizes are counted in boxes of 60 × 40 × 40 cm: Small up to 12, Medium up to 24, Large up to 48. Four boxes are about one cubic metre. Storage from 1,158,000 VND a month; collection from 1,093,000 VND one way.

How much does it cost?

Storage is a flat monthly figure by size: valet from 1,158,000 VND (Small, standard climate), self storage from 1,458,000 VND. Collection is a one-off from 1,093,000 VND one way or 2,186,000 VND with the final return included. Every figure is on the help page and computed live in the booking form. Prices exclude VAT.

How soon can you collect?

With 2 days notice, any slot between 08:00 and 21:00, seven days a week. Sooner is possible when we can arrange it and adds 30% of the collection fee. You can book up to 90 days ahead.

Do I have to be there?

Someone has to open the door and confirm what goes. It can be you, a family member or a building manager you have told us about. Items are released back only to the account holder or a person they authorise.

Can I get one thing back without ending storage?

Yes. Tap Deliver on the item in your dashboard. Standard delivery is within 48 hours, Express within 24 hours at double the delivery fee. A delivery in between is 100,000 VND an item, a box or a wardrobe alike, and the total shows before you confirm.

I am a business. Who do I talk to?

Use the business page form or email us with a rough volume and what the stock is. You get a person, a quote and a portal walkthrough, not a ticket number.
