Valet customers never visit; the catalogue and the crew replace the trip. Self storage customers name the facility that suits them in the booking notes, and availability decides.

About coverage.
Which facility will my things go to?
For valet storage the booking form has no facility choice; we shelve at the facility with space and the catalogue tells you where each item is. For self storage, say which of the five suits you when you book and we confirm availability.
Is the trip fee charged both ways?
It is added to the collection: a collection outside the free zone adds 230,000 VND, once, and the booking form shows it the moment you pick the district. Deliveries from the dashboard are priced per item, and a delivery to an address outside the free zone adds the same flat 230,000 VND.
Do you collect from apartment towers with a loading dock or a lift booking?
Yes. Tell us the building rules in the booking notes, or by Zalo after booking, and the crew arrives with the right paperwork and timing. There is no stairs surcharge.
Can you collect from one district and deliver to another?
Yes. Storage in between is what we do; the delivery address is set when you request the delivery, not when you book the collection.
Do you serve Bình Dương or Đồng Nai?
Not through the booking form. Ask us first and we will say honestly whether a crew can come and what the trip would cost.
