Every movement in and out sits in a history you can export to CSV for the last 30 or 90 days. Each term is invoiced once in the portal and paid by bank transfer, due seven days after issue. Prices exclude VAT.

Tell us what the stock is and roughly how much. Photos of the storeroom are enough. We size it in boxes and quote from the published list; volume beyond a Large plan is priced on request.

Collection and cataloguing
The crew packs, labels and photographs every unit at your premises, on a day and time your building allows, 08:00 to 21:00 any day of the week.

Standard or air-conditioned units at 23 to 25°C, in facilities with CCTV, passcode and fingerprint entry and professional pest control. Your team sees every unit and where it is.

Any item, any address in the city, within 48 hours as standard or 24 hours on Express. Anyone with the Ordering role can raise one.

Do you sign a contract and issue invoices?
Yes. Your contract is with Công Ty TNHH Tủ Mây (Tu May Company Limited); one invoice a month sits in the portal and is paid by bank transfer. Prices exclude VAT.
Can you handle more than a Large plan?
Yes. A Large plan is 48 boxes, about 12 cubic metres. Beyond that we quote on request and can run several plans under one account, each with its own catalogue.
Who is liable if something is damaged?
Every plan includes protection up to 30,000,000 VND per plan, and the photographed catalogue is the condition record on both ends. Declare higher-value stock before collection so we can agree how it is covered. Beyond the protection, liability is limited as set out in the terms.
Can deliveries go to several addresses?
Yes. Each delivery request has its own address, and anyone with the Ordering role can raise one.
Can our auditor check the stock?
Run a cycle count from the portal, export the ledger, or ask for a physical count at the facility. Every movement carries a date, a name and a photograph.
Are the facilities suitable for documents?
Air-conditioned units are held at 23 to 25°C with professional pest control, which is what paper needs in this climate. Archive boxes are coded so a single box comes back without disturbing the rest.
