Moving inside District 2

Homes in Thảo Điền, An Phú and Bình An are mostly let furnished. Your own things, the desk chair, the books, the bikes, need somewhere to go at every change of lease, and there is usually a gap of a week or three between leases. Thạnh Mỹ Lợi and the riverside projects are the opposite case: bigger homes, furniture bought over time, and a whole house to empty when you move in, move out or renovate.

Between leases: collection the day before handover, a few weeks in storage, delivery on the day you get the new keys. Medium for a one-bedroom.
Leaving the country or a long posting: store the whole home, decide from abroad through the account, return or sell later.
Renovating in Thạnh Mỹ Lợi or Bình Trưng: wooden furniture, sofas and books in air-conditioned storage while the work runs.
Baby gear between children, bikes, sports kit, suitcases: Small.

How the crew reaches you

Villas and townhouses inside compounds: tell the gate the crew's name and truck plate for the booked slot; we send both when confirming. Towers along Mai Chí Thọ and the river: put the building name and the management's moving window in the booking, and the crew uses the goods lift. Roads are wide and the truck reaches the door. Each item is photographed and coded before it leaves.

A self storage unit in the neighbourhood

The Võ Nguyên Giáp facility is the one to choose if you want a private unit with 24/7 access: small-shop stock, tools, sports gear you use weekly. Small unit 1,458,000 VND a month, 1,852,000 VND air-conditioned, one month's deposit. The first load is collected and photographed by the crew; after that you add and remove things yourself.

Relocation and HR

Many District 2 moves are company-funded. Business accounts carry a role for the HR contact and one for the employee, VAT invoices to the company and a ledger for the relocation file. We have experience with large corporate customers relocating staff.

Frequently asked

District 2 is now part of Thủ Đức. Is it still in the free zone?

Yes. The booking form still lists District 2 and it is inside the free collection zone. Other Thủ Đức wards select Thủ Đức and add the trip fee.

Can the truck enter my compound?

Yes, with the gate told in advance. We send the crew name and plate number with the booking confirmation.

Can I manage everything after I have left Vietnam?

Yes: deliveries, disposal, invoices and support messages all work from the account abroad.

Can you deliver to a different district later?

Anywhere in the city. A delivery outside the free zone adds the same flat 230,000 VND as a collection.
