Shipping everything home costs more than most of it is worth. Selling everything in the last week means giving it away. Storage is the third option: put it somewhere safe, leave on time, and make the decisions when you are not exhausted.

Store from 1,158,000 VND a month standard, 1,452,000 VND air-conditioned, no deposit for valet. A 12 month term takes 15 percent off.
Collection 1,093,000 VND one way for a Small plan, 1,955,000 VND Medium. Return, if you come back, booked later.
From abroad: view photos, deliver items to a buyer or a shipper, authorise a friend to receive, request disposal (confirmed with you first), pay each term by bank transfer.
Account and invoices in English; a passport is enough to open one.

Test for the middle pile: would you pay 96,000 VND a month per box to keep it? That is roughly the Small plan per box. For a good desk chair, a bike, a box of books you annotated, yes. For a rice cooker, no.

Last week timeline

Day -7: book collection from the account for day -2, giving the 2 days notice. Confirm the plan size; it can change until the crew sets out.
Day -5: sell what is selling. Photograph furniture in the flat; buyers pay for what they can see.
Day -2: crew packs and collects the store pile. Catalogue signed on the phone.
Day -1: cleaning, meter reading, landlord inspection with the flat empty.
Day 0: fly. That evening, from the airport lounge or the plane, the catalogue is in your account.

Deciding from abroad

Coming back: request a full return to the new address for the day you have keys.
Not coming back: list furniture using the account photos, and request delivery of each sold item to the buyer, or release to them at the facility with your authorisation.
Shipping after all: request delivery to the forwarder's warehouse; they crate from there.
Giving up: request disposal per item. We confirm with you before anything is destroyed. Some items can be donated on request.

Air-conditioned for anything you might sell

A leather sofa, a wooden desk, a bike, books, a guitar: their resale value depends on their condition in a year. Air-conditioned storage at 23 to 25°C on a Small plan is 1,452,000 VND against 1,158,000 VND a month; on the resale of one decent piece of furniture the difference pays for itself.

Employers and relocation agents

Departures handled through HR go on a company-billed account with VAT invoices and a role for the HR contact. We have experience with large corporate customers relocating staff and can provide a ledger of every movement for the relocation file.

How long can I leave things in storage?

As long as you like. It renews month to month. Many customers store for a year or two while deciding.

Can a friend collect things for me after I have left?

Yes, as an authorised person named in the account, showing ID.

What if I stop replying when a term ends?

The term is paid before the crew collects, so nothing is owed during it. When it ends the account reminds you to book another or ask for everything back; nothing is disposed of without confirmation. Contact us before a problem grows; downsizing a plan is straightforward.

Can you ship overseas?

No. We deliver to any forwarder in the city with your authorisation, and they handle the international leg.

How do I pay from abroad?

By bank transfer, one invoice a month, using the VietQR code on the invoice in the account. Cards are not accepted.
