Who stores things in District 1

Serviced apartments and towers around Bến Nghé, Đa Kao and Nguyễn Thái Bình come furnished, so the things you brought have nowhere to go. Townhouses in the lanes of Cô Giang, Cầu Ông Lãnh and Tân Định run a shop on the ground floor and a family upstairs, with stock and belongings competing for every metre. Offices on Lê Lợi, Nguyễn Huệ and Hai Bà Trưng pay Grade A rent for archive boxes and spare chairs.

Expats in serviced apartments: suitcases, seasonal clothes, books, bikes, sports gear. Small plan, air-conditioned.

How the crew reaches you

Most towers and office buildings in District 1 have management rules on moving hours and a goods lift. Put the building name and the permitted window in the booking; the crew arrives inside it with boxes and wrap. Lane houses the truck cannot reach: it stops at the mouth of the lane and the crew brings trolleys. No stairs or lane surcharge. Every item is photographed before it leaves, and the catalogue is in your account that evening.

A self storage unit inside the district

The Trần Khắc Chân facility sits in Tân Định at the northern edge of District 1, the closest private unit to the centre with 24/7 passcode and fingerprint access. A Small unit is 1,458,000 VND a month standard or 1,852,000 VND air-conditioned, with one month's deposit. The first load is still collected and photographed by the crew; after that you come and go with your own padlock.

Is there a trip fee for District 1?

No. District 1 is inside the free zone with Districts 2 to 5, Bình Thạnh, Phú Nhuận and Gò Vấp.

My building only allows moves after 6 pm. Can you do that?

Put the management window in the booking and the crew schedules inside it. Evenings and weekends can be arranged.

Can I get a single box back the next day?

Yes. Request it from the account; the earliest is the next day, within 48 hours as standard, or within 24 hours on express at double the fee.

Do you serve offices as well as homes?

Yes. Business accounts add team roles, SKU notes, par levels and VAT invoices, and we have experience with large corporate customers.
