Storage for businesses

A company does not need a locked room; it needs to know what it has, where it is, who can request it, and an invoice its accounts team accepts. That is what we sell to businesses: shelved, catalogued storage with a portal built for teams, collected from your office and delivered back one item or one pallet at a time.

The short answer

  • Same plans as households, 12, 24 and 48 boxes with furniture as box equivalents, from 1,250,000 VND a month standard. Volumes above Large are quoted in writing.

  • Collection from the office by our crew, with dismantling and packing; delivery of any single item on request, next day at the earliest.

The portal, for a team

The account is the product. The owner invites colleagues by email and gives each a role. A viewer sees the catalogue and nothing else, which suits an auditor or a regional manager. An orderer can request deliveries and disposals, which suits the person who runs events or restocks the shop. An admin manages items, par levels, sections and invoices. The owner manages the team and the plan. Each request records who made it, and the movement history and CSV ledger show every item in and out with dates and names.

For stock, set a par level on any item and the portal flags it when the count falls below the level; a restock request goes to the crew as a picking list. Cycle counts can be run from the portal against the shelf, with named staff signing each count. None of this needs a warehouse system on your side; it is a browser and a login.

Invoicing and paperwork

Experience

We work with corporate and B2B customers alongside households, and the difference is in the questions they ask: who signs, who can request, how the invoice reads, how fast a single item comes back, what the catalogue looks like to an auditor. Those questions shaped the portal and the paperwork above. We are used to procurement processes, vendor onboarding forms, and a facilities manager who wants a single point of contact and a written answer within the day.

Collection from an office

The crew collects from the office, on a date and in a slot that suits the building, with the lift booked and the corridor protected. Desks and cabinets are dismantled and wrapped; boxes are labelled by department and coded. Collection is priced by plan size, from 3,300,000 VND one way, and includes materials and labour. Central districts carry no trip fee; other districts add 150,000 VND to the collection, once. Deliveries go to the office, a venue, a shop or a customer, each address a trip.

Which section

Paper, electronics, fabric, samples and anything wooden go into air-conditioned sections at 23 to 25°C. Plastic, metal, packaged consumables and booth hardware are fine in standard sections. Many companies run two plans, one of each, so the archive sits in climate control and the event kit does not pay for it.

Frequently asked

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes, in the company's name with tax code and address, with your PO number if you use them.

Can more than one person use the account?

Yes. The owner invites colleagues and assigns viewer, orderer, admin or owner. Every request and count records who did it.

How do we get one item back?

Search for it in the portal, request delivery, and it arrives the next day at the earliest for 500,000 VND a trip, five boxes included. Express doubles the fee and comes within 24 hours.

Is there a minimum term or volume?

No minimum term; storage runs month to month. No minimum volume; a Small plan of archive boxes is a normal business plan.

Can you handle more than 48 boxes?

Yes. Larger volumes are quoted in writing as multiple plans or a single larger one, with the per-box price falling as volume rises.
