E-commerce stock storage in Ho Chi Minh City

A shop that started on a shelf in the bedroom now has forty cartons in the hallway. The next step for most sellers is not a warehouse and a fulfilment contract; it is somewhere to hold bulk stock cheaply and pull it back a few boxes at a time. That is what this is, and also what it is not.

Sellers use both: the fulfilment centre holds a few weeks of fast movers; the bulk shipment from the factory sits here at a flat rate and goes across a Large plan at a time.

Setting it up

  1. Pack by SKU, one product per carton where possible, with the SKU and quantity on the outside. Mixed cartons are the ones you have to open to count.
  2. Book collection; the crew photographs each carton and its label. Add the SKU and quantity to each item note in the account that evening.
  3. Group cartons into sections per product line or per season.
  4. Set a par level per SKU. When your recorded quantity falls below it, the weekly summary email flags it.
  5. When you need stock, request the cartons for the next day. Update the quantities as you sell.

Climate for stock

Cardboard, packaging, paper inserts, cosmetics, leather goods, textiles and anything with a shelf life belong in air-conditioned storage at 23 to 25°C; humidity at 75 to 80 percent softens cartons and spots fabric and leather. Plastics, metal goods and sealed hard goods are fine in standard. Food, perishables, aerosols, loose lithium batteries and anything without a lawful origin are refused.

Team and paperwork

Owner, Admin, Ordering and View only roles let the person who packs orders request cartons without being able to change billing. Every movement is in the CSV ledger for your stock count, and invoices carry VAT. We work with sellers from one person to large corporate customers and have experience with the reporting they need.

A worked month

A seller with 30 cartons of a seasonal line books a Medium plan at 2,006,000 VND. Collection 1,955,000 VND one way. Twice a month they request the cartons they are about to sell, at 100,000 VND a carton, and pack orders at home. When the line sells out they send the last empties back or close the plan. Storage for the season is a known number before the first sale.

Frequently asked

Can you ship to my customers?

No. We deliver sealed cartons to you or to an authorised address, and that is all. For per-order shipping, use a fulfilment provider; we can deliver stock to them.

Can you count units in a carton?

No. Cartons stay sealed. You record quantities in the item notes and par levels work from what you record.

Can my supplier deliver stock straight to you?

Ask first. Inbound stock normally arrives through a booked collection so the crew can photograph and code it; direct deliveries to the facility are by arrangement.

Is there a minimum period?

One month. Seasonal sellers often take a three month term for 5 percent off.
