Small storage in Ho Chi Minh City

The trick with small storage is not the rate. It is not paying for a bigger plan than you need, and not paying for things you should have given away. Here is how to keep it small.

Keeping a plan small

Sort by frequency, not sentiment. Weekly: stays home. A few times a year: store. Untouched for a year with no reason: give away or sell before collection day, so you do not pay to store what you will throw out.
Pack dense. Books half a box, clothes folded not rolled loose, small appliances in their boxes. Air is what you pay for.
Let the crew size it. They see hundreds of homes; if the plan can drop a size, they drop it before loading.
Write good notes. "Blue box: camping stove, headlamps, sleeping bags" means you retrieve the one box, not three.
Retrieve exactly what you need. Every item delivered is one price, a box or a wardrobe alike, so there is no saving in asking for more than you will use.

Small plan, three real cases

What people put in a Small plan
Case	What went in	Climate	Monthly
Teacher, summer at home	Bedding, books, kitchen boxes, a fan, a bike	Standard	1,158,000 VND
Couple in a one-bedroom	Winter clothes, two suitcases, Christmas decorations, camping gear	Air-conditioned	1,452,000 VND
Freelancer between apartments	Desk dismantled, chair, monitor, printer, six boxes	Air-conditioned	1,452,000 VND

When Small is too small

If the crew finds more than 12 boxes and equivalents, they tell you before loading and the plan moves to Medium at 2,006,000 VND. The per-box rate falls as the plan grows: about 96,000 VND per box in Small, 75,000 VND in Large. Describe what you have when booking and we confirm the size, so a wrong guess costs nothing but a conversation.

Small storage for a small business

A market stall's off-season stock, a photographer's backdrops, a café's spare chairs, a start-up's event kit. The Small plan takes it with SKU notes, par levels and a weekly summary email, and a VAT invoice. Several staff can share the account with separate roles. We work with companies of every size and have experience with large corporate customers.

Frequently asked

How small can I go?

The Small plan, 12 boxes. There is no per-box plan below it.

Is it cheaper to store fewer boxes?

Only by dropping a plan size. Within a plan the price is fixed, so fill it or give things away before collection.

What if I only need two boxes stored?

You would still pay Small. For two boxes, think about whether a cupboard at home or a friend can do it; if not, Small is the plan, and you can add more later.

Can I dispose of things without taking them back?

Yes. Request disposal per item in the account. We confirm with you before anything is destroyed.

Store it, get it back when you need it

We come to you, pack, photograph every item and keep it on a secure shelf, standard or air-conditioned. One message brings any of it back.
