Furniture counts in box-equivalents: a two-seat sofa or a single mattress takes the place of several boxes. A studio with a bed, a small sofa and boxes is usually a Small; a one-bedroom is a Medium. Describe what you have when booking and we confirm the size; the crew reduces the plan on the day if it turns out smaller.

Valet or a private unit for a small amount

For twelve boxes you will visit rarely, valet is the better value: 1,158,000 VND a month against 1,458,000 VND for a unit, no deposit, and every box photographed and searchable in your account. Choose the unit if you will be in and out weekly, for example stock for a small online shop, and want your own padlock and no delivery requests.

Cost per month, per box, per year

Compare with the rent per square metre of the room those boxes occupy. In the central districts a Small plan costs less than the floor space it frees.

Getting one box back

Find it in the account by the note you wrote ("ski jackets, scarves"), request delivery, choose a date from tomorrow. The delivery fee is one price per item, a box or a wardrobe alike. Send it back with "send more items" when the trip is over.

Is there anything smaller than twelve boxes?

No. Small is the smallest plan, and the price is 1,158,000 VND a month whether you fill it or not. Sending more items later is priced per item collected; the storage figure does not change until the plan is full.

Can I bring my own boxes?

Yes, if they are sturdy and dry. The crew still photographs and codes each one. Boxes larger than 60 × 40 × 40 cm count as more than one.

How much is one box per month?

About 96,000 VND standard or 121,000 VND air-conditioned in the Small plan, less per box in larger plans.

Do I need air-conditioning for clothes and books?

For wool, silk, leather, photographs and anything you care about, yes. Cotton, plastics and metal are fine in standard.
