How we handle it

• Wash and dry completely before collection. This is the single most important step.
• Anything delicate or valuable is hung rather than folded.
• No sealed plastic for wool or leather; they need to breathe.
• Climate-controlled at 23 to 25°C keeps humidity stable.
• Photographing each piece means finding that one jacket without opening every box.

How it works

1. You pick a window. The crew arrives inside it with boxes, bubble wrap and tape.
2. We pack at your place. Everything is wrapped in front of you. You do not have to prepare anything.
3. Every item is photographed and logged. Each one gets its own reference and its own picture, and the full inventory is in your dashboard before the van pulls away.
