Long-term luggage storage

Leaving a suitcase for six hours and leaving it for six months are completely different services.

Left-luggage counters in the centre charge by the hour or the day, which suits somebody waiting for a flight. If you need a suitcase stored for three months, that pricing is punishing.

This is priced monthly instead: 199,000₫ for an item one person can carry, with a 396,000₫ monthly minimum.

How we handle it

• Each case is logged with a photograph, not a numbered ticket.
• Delivered to whichever address you choose, not only where we collected it.
• Climate-controlled at 23 to 25°C.
• We do not accept anything illegal, dangerous, perishable or alive.

How it works

1. You pick a window. The crew arrives inside it with boxes, bubble wrap and tape.
2. We pack at your place. Everything is wrapped in front of you. You do not have to prepare anything.
3. Every item is photographed and logged. Each one gets its own reference and its own picture, and the full inventory is in your dashboard before the van pulls away.
4. Straight to storage. It goes from your door to the facility and nowhere else, into units held at 23 to 25°C, with CCTV and professional pest control.
5. Tap Deliver when you want it. Choose a day and a window and it comes back to your door, 299,000₫ a trip.
