This is for the suitcases you will not need for a month or a season: between a lease and a trip, during a stint up country, while you travel the region and come back through Saigon. It is not for a bag between checkout and a night flight; be honest about which you need.

Small plan 1,158,000 VND a month holds about six large packed suitcases, or four and a few boxes. Terms from one month, no deposit.
Collection from your address 1,093,000 VND one way, or 2,186,000 VND with the return. Delivery of one suitcase from the next day at the per-item rate.
Every suitcase photographed and coded. An authorised person can receive it for you, against ID.
Not a same-day left-luggage service: minimum one month, and the earliest delivery is the next day.

If you need the first column, a hotel or a counter service is cheaper and faster, and we would rather say so than sell you the wrong thing. If you need the second, read on.

How to pack a suitcase for a season

Clean, dry clothes only; humidity here runs at 75 to 80 percent and a damp jumper in a closed case moulds. Air-conditioned storage for wool, leather and anything you care about.
A few silica packs in each case, and a cedar block if there is wool.
No liquids that can leak, no food, no batteries loose. Electronics can stay if they are dry and the case is going air-conditioned.
A packing list photographed and kept in the item note, so you can ask for "the blue case with the winter things" and know what is in it.
Locked is fine; the crew stores the case as one sealed item. Unlocked is only needed if you want single items retrieved, which we do not do from inside a case anyway.

Backpacker loop through Saigon

Fly in, leave the big bags, travel the region for six weeks with a small pack, come back through Saigon and pick them up. Book collection from your first hotel; on the way back, request delivery to the last hotel for the day you arrive. The hotel can receive if you authorise it in the account. One month of Small plan plus collection and return is the whole cost.

Working up country or at sea

Crew rotations, site postings and Da Lat or Phu Quoc contracts leave people paying Saigon rent for a room of suitcases. Store them, give up the room, and have the cases delivered to the next place. A 3 or 6 month term takes 5 or 10 percent off.

Frequently asked

Can I drop the bags at a counter?

No. Collection is from your address by the crew, which is also when each bag is photographed. There is no walk-in counter.

Same-day storage before a flight?

Not our service. Use the hotel or a per-day luggage counter; it is cheaper and quicker for that.

Can the hotel receive my suitcases when I return?

Yes, if you add the hotel or a named person as an authorised receiver in the account. They show ID at delivery.

What about a bag of documents and valuables?

Keep it with you. Passports, cash, jewellery and anything you cannot replace should not go into any storage.
