Why this exists

Hotel checkout is at noon and the flights that leave Ho Chi Minh City for Europe, Australia and Korea leave at night. That gap is eight to twelve hours long, and for most of it you are a person with luggage and nowhere to be. Your hotel will usually hold the bags, which solves half of it. It does not solve the other half: three weeks of dirty clothes going home in a suitcase, or a bag you left across town in a district you are not going back to.

What makes this different from a locker

Everyone else in this city sells you a shelf you have to reach. Bounce, Radical Storage and the rest are networks of hostels and cafés with a spare corner: cheap, everywhere, and entirely dependent on you carrying your bags there and back. That is a reasonable trade if you are travelling light and staying nearby. It is a bad one with four cases and two children, or a meeting at two and a flight at eleven. We are the other shape. The crew comes to the address you are at, takes the bags, and brings them to the address you name later, and the washing happens in between because we own the laundry.

There is no hourly rate and there is no per-bag rate for the first 3, because neither reflects what the work is. Collecting and returning a bag costs the same whether it waits two hours or twelve, and the van does not get cheaper when you bring one case instead of three. A flat price for the day is the honest shape, and it means you know the number before you book.

How the day goes

Book online and give us the address you are at and the address you want the bags brought to. They do not have to be the same, and usually are not.
The crew arrives at the slot you chose. Every bag is photographed and given a code before it leaves you, so what went in is on the record.
Put the clothes you want washed in one bag and say so. They go to the laundry while the rest goes to the shelf.
Your bags sit on a racked shelf under CCTV, not in a corridor behind a reception desk.
We deliver everything back to the address and time you gave us, clean clothes folded and packed.

Who books this

Families at the end of a holiday, with more cases than hands and a flight after dinner. Business travellers with a morning meeting and a night departure who are not dragging a case around District 1. Guests of Airbnbs and homestays, who have no front desk to leave anything with and a host who wants the keys at eleven. People moving between two apartments with a gap in the middle. Anyone who has worked out that the last day of a good trip should not be spent guarding luggage.

Protection runs to 30,000,000 VND per contract, and it is protection rather than an insurance policy, which is why the valuable and the irreplaceable stay in your pocket.

The same crew and the same shelves cover the month and the year, which is the rest of what we do. Frequently asked

Do I have to bring my bags anywhere?

No. That is the point of this. We collect from where you are and deliver to where you ask, and both are included in the price.

Can you collect from an Airbnb or a homestay?

Yes, and those are some of the most common bookings, because there is no reception to leave a bag with. A hotel, hostel, office or apartment lobby all work the same way.

Is the 5kg of washing really free?

Yes, with every day booking. It is washed, dried and folded and comes back packed in your bag. Beyond 5kg it is 30,000 VND a kilo.

What if I have more than three bags?

Each additional bag is 50,000 VND. There is no limit that matters for a normal trip.

Can you deliver to the airport?

We deliver to addresses rather than to a terminal, so the usual pattern is a hotel or apartment near the airport, or back to where we collected.

What happens to my bags while you have them?

They are photographed and coded on collection, then racked in a facility with CCTV, coded entry and climate control at 23 to 25°C. You can see the photographs from your phone.
