How a personal plan works

Book Small, Medium or Large. If unsure, book Small; the crew moves you up only if the boxes overflow, and down if they do not.
The crew packs at your door, photographs every item, and takes it to the facility.
Your account shows each item. File them, star them, write what is in each box.
Request any item back, to any address in the city, from the next day. One price per item, a box or a wardrobe alike.
Ask for everything back before the term ends, or book another term; nothing renews on its own.

Privacy and release

Sealed boxes are photographed closed; nobody opens them. Items are released only to the account holder or to a person you have added to the account, against ID. Your account is protected by password, Google sign-in or email code, and changing the password signs out every other device.

Rush bookings under 2 days add 30% of the collection fee. Districts outside Districts 1 to 5, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan and Go Vap add 230,000 VND to the collection, once. All prices exclude VAT.

What is the smallest amount I can store?

The Small plan, 12 boxes, 1,158,000 VND a month. If you have fewer boxes you still pay Small, and you can send more items later; the storage figure does not change until the plan is full, though the extra collection is priced per item.

Can I store for just one month?

Yes. One month is the minimum term; when it ends you book another or ask for everything back.

How do I get one thing back without everything?

Find it in the account by name or photo, request delivery, choose a date from tomorrow. The delivery fee is one price per item, a box or a wardrobe alike.

Is it safe?

CCTV, passcode and fingerprint entry, pest control, a photo record at collection, and protection included up to 30,000,000 VND per contract. Movements of every item are logged.

Can I pay from abroad?

Invoices are settled by bank transfer, one a month, and the account works from anywhere.
