Air-conditioned versions of every size cost about a quarter more and are the right choice for natural wood, leather, paper, natural fabrics and electronics. Both models are booked on the same form, and both start with the crew collecting from your door.

What happens on collection day

The crew arrives in the window you chose with boxes, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, moving blankets and stretch film. You do not need to have packed anything.
They photograph each piece of furniture as found, dismantle beds, wardrobes and tables, and wrap them in blankets with film over the top. Loose items go into boxes by room, with a label on two adjacent faces.
Each box and each large item gets a code and a photograph. You review the catalogue on your phone before signing.
The truck goes to the facility. Items go onto shelving or into your unit and their positions are recorded. From that moment they appear in your account.
If the crew finds you need a smaller size than booked, the plan is reduced on the spot.

A photo of every item. Search by name, code, SKU or location. File items into sections, star favourites, add notes.
Request delivery of one item, several or everything, to any address in the city. Earliest the next day, within 48 hours as standard; express is within 24 hours at double the fee. One price per item, a box or a wardrobe alike.

Invoices paid by bank transfer, one a month. VAT invoices for companies. Movement history and a CSV ledger.

Operated with MyStorage. CCTV, passcode and fingerprint entry, professional pest control, and an air-conditioned section at 23 to 25°C. Items are released only to the account holder or a person they have authorised in the account.

What we do not take

Anything anything illegal, dangerous, perishable or alive: food, plants, animals, loose lithium batteries, fuel, gas, aerosols, paint, fireworks, weapons, and anything without a lawful origin. Motorbikes are refused because of the fuel. Original documents, cash and jewellery should stay with you or in a bank. A full list is on its own page.

For companies

Office moves, archives with statutory retention periods, marketing material, furniture between fit-outs, and stock for online shops. VAT invoices in the company name, several users with separate roles, par levels with a weekly summary email, and a CSV ledger. We have experience working with large corporate customers and their procurement processes.

How much is storage in Ho Chi Minh City per month?

From 1,158,000 VND for valet storage of 12 boxes and 1,458,000 VND for a private unit of the same size, standard climate, excluding VAT. Collection is a separate one-off fee from 1,093,000 VND for the truck and crew; packing and materials are a further line, from 1,208,000 VND.

Do I have to pack?

How quickly can I get something back?

Earliest the next day, requested from your account, within 48 hours as standard. Express is within 24 hours at double the fee.

Is there a minimum term or a contract?

One month. After that it renews month to month until you stop it. The online booking and the service terms are the contract. Valet has no deposit; units take one month.

Which districts do you cover?

All of Ho Chi Minh City. Districts 1 to 5, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan and Go Vap are the central zone; other districts add 230,000 VND to the collection, once.

Can I store as a foreigner without a residence card?

Yes. A passport is enough. The account works from abroad; invoices are paid by bank transfer.
