Valet storage in Vietnam
Storage where somebody else does the lifting, the packing and the remembering.
Valet storage is common in Hong Kong, Singapore and London and still rare here. The difference from a normal storage unit is not the warehouse. It is that a crew comes to your home, packs your things, photographs each one, takes them away, and brings back whatever you ask for, one item at a time if you like.
The part that changes how you use it
Because every item is photographed and given its own reference, your storage stops being a dark room full of anonymous boxes and becomes a list you can scroll. That is what makes single-item retrieval practical, and single-item retrieval is what makes storage useful rather than just cheaper than a spare room.
What it costs
You can also bring things in yourself and skip the transport charge entirely.
How it works
- You pick a window. The crew arrives inside it with boxes, bubble wrap and tape.
- We pack at your place. Everything is wrapped in front of you. You do not have to prepare anything.
- Every item is photographed and logged. Each one gets its own reference and its own picture, and the full inventory is in your dashboard before the van pulls away.
- Straight to storage. It goes from your door to the facility and nowhere else, into units held at 23 to 25°C, with CCTV and professional pest control.
- Tap Deliver when you want it. Choose a day and a window and it comes back to your door, 299,000₫ a trip.
Why not just rent a unit
A self-storage unit sells you an empty box. You hire the van, you carry it, you pack it, you try to remember which carton the thing went into, and every time you want one item back it costs you an afternoon.
This sells you the work instead. We come to you, pack, photograph each item and take it away. When you want something, you look at a picture of it, tap once, and it arrives. You never need to know where the warehouse is.
Who it suits here
- People on two-year postings whose flat came furnished.
- Anyone between leases, or leaving Vietnam for a while and coming back.
- Families whose apartment is one bedroom short of the furniture they own.
- Small businesses with slow-moving stock and no warehouse.
