How valet storage works

Book online at tumay.vn/order: size, standard or air-conditioned, one-way or return collection, and a date at least two days out.
The crew arrives with boxes, paper, wrap and blankets. They pack, wrap furniture, dismantle beds and wardrobes, and photograph every item before it leaves your home. You check the catalogue on your phone and sign.
Everything travels in our truck to a facility with CCTV, passcode and fingerprint entry and scheduled pest control, and goes onto shelving under your account codes.
In your account you see every item with its photo, search by name or code, file items into sections, star the ones you retrieve often, and add notes.
Need something? Request delivery of one item, several, or everything. Earliest the next day, within 48 hours as standard; express brings it within 24 hours at double the fee. One price per item, a box or a wardrobe alike.
Done? Before the term ends, request "return everything and close", or book another term. Nothing renews on its own.

Why it costs less than a unit

A private unit needs a corridor, walls, a door and empty floor inside for you to walk in. Managed shelving is packed floor to ceiling and every box has a recorded position, so the same belongings take less building. That difference pays for the crew and the catalogue, and still leaves valet about a fifth cheaper than a unit of the same size.

What the crew will not do, said plainly

Open a sealed box to count or inspect its contents. We photograph the box and its label; you keep the inventory of what is inside.
Take anything illegal, dangerous, perishable or alive. Loose lithium batteries, fuel, gas canisters, paint, aerosols, food and plants stay with you.
Detach built-in furniture or an air-conditioning unit. Your contractor does that; we wrap and carry.
Deliver outside Ho Chi Minh City. Within the city, a collection from a district outside the central eight adds a flat trip fee.

Protection and accountability

The photographs taken at collection are the condition record, and you review them before signing. Protection is included up to 30,000,000 VND per contract under the terms in your account. High-value items should be declared when booking so we can agree handling before collection day. Every movement of every item is logged in your account history.

For companies and relocation teams

HR and mobility teams use valet storage to hold an assignee's belongings between apartments, and facilities teams use it for furniture and archives during an office move. One account can carry several employees' consignments under separate sections, with Owner, Admin, Ordering and View only roles, VAT invoices in the company name and a CSV ledger. We have experience working with large corporate customers and are used to their vendor onboarding and billing cycles.

What is valet storage?

Can I add more later?

Yes. Request "send more items" from your account; the crew collects and adds them to the catalogue, priced per item with no trip fee. If the plan is full, move up a size from the next term.

Is there a contract?

The online booking and the service terms are the contract. Billed month to month, no deposit, invoiced monthly and paid by bank transfer before the crew comes.

Can I manage it from outside Vietnam?

Yes. The account works anywhere, invoices are paid by bank transfer, and you can authorise a friend or colleague in Vietnam to receive deliveries.
