Valet Medium: twelve months at 2,006,000 VND, less 15 percent on a 12 month term, plus 3,910,000 VND collection and return, plus whatever single deliveries you request. Self storage Medium: twelve months at 2,606,000 VND less 15 percent, plus the same collection for the first load, plus the deposit which comes back, plus your own transport for every visit. If you visit twice in the year, valet wins clearly. If you visit every week, the unit wins and the deliveries you did not pay for are the reason.

Can I visit my things in valet storage?

The shelving is staff-only. Request the item and it comes to you. Contact us to ask about visiting the facility itself.

Can I have a self storage unit without the crew collection?

The first trip is always a crew collection so every item is photographed. After that the unit is yours to fill and empty.

Which is safer?

Both are in the same facilities with CCTV, passcode and fingerprint entry. Valet adds a logged record of every movement; self storage adds your own padlock.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, when the unit is handed back empty and the account is settled.
