For valet customers the location is our problem, not yours: the crew collects and delivers anywhere in the city, and you never need to visit. For self storage customers, choose the facility nearest to where you will be coming from, since you will be visiting with your own key.

Security

CCTV around the clock on entrances, corridors and loading areas.
Entry by personal passcode and fingerprint, so there is a record of who entered and when. No shared keys.
Valet shelving is a staff-only area. Every movement of every item is logged against your account.
Self storage units close with your own padlock. We do not hold a copy of the key.
Release only to the account holder or to a person authorised in the account, against ID.

Climate

Ho Chi Minh City averages 75 to 80 percent relative humidity and passes 90 percent on wet-season days between May and November. Mould grows on leather, fabric and untreated wood above about 65 percent. The air-conditioned sections hold 23 to 25°C with a correspondingly stable humidity, which is what wood, leather, paper, photographs, natural fabrics and electronics need. Standard sections are right for metal, plastic, laminate furniture and clean appliances. Your account shows the facility conditions, including the target temperature.

Pests

Professional pest control on a schedule, because termites, cockroaches and silverfish are a real risk to cardboard and paper in this climate. On your side: no food, no plants, clean and dry items, and boxes that are not from a fruit market.

What does not come in

Food and anything perishable, plants and animals, loose lithium batteries, fuel, gas canisters, aerosols, paint and solvents, fireworks, weapons, and anything without a lawful origin. Motorbikes are refused because they contain fuel. This is not bureaucracy; it is the reason your boxes are not shelved next to something that can burn.

Can I visit the facility before booking?

Contact us to ask about a visit. Valet shelving is an operational area, so what can be shown is the entrance, the security and the receiving area.

Which facility will my things be in?

For valet, the one with space in the climate you chose; it does not affect you because delivery is to your door. For a unit, you choose when booking.

Are the facilities open at night?

Self storage access is 24/7 by passcode and fingerprint. Valet deliveries are scheduled from the account for the next day onwards.

Is the building insured?

Protection for your items is included up to 30,000,000 VND per contract under the service terms. Building insurance is the facility operator's; what matters to you is the item protection and the photo record.
