The short answer

Five facilities: District 2 on Võ Nguyên Giáp, Thủ Đức on Song Hành, District 7 on Trần Trọng Cung, District 1 on Trần Khắc Chân, District 6 on Võ Văn Kiệt. East, north-east, south, centre, west.
Free collection in Districts 1 to 5, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan and Go Vap. Everywhere else in the city, 150,000 VND on the collection, once.
Valet storage: distance does not matter to you. The crew comes to you, and an item comes back the next day at the earliest to any address.
Self storage: distance matters, because you visit. Say which facility suits you when you book; availability decides.

Every facility has standard and air-conditioned sections at 23 to 25°C, CCTV, code and fingerprint entry and professional pest control. The facilities are operated by our partner MyStorage; the crew, the catalogue, the portal and the account are ours.

What "near" costs: the free zone

For valet storage the question is not how far you are from a facility but whether your address is in the free zone. A collection in Districts 1 to 5, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan and Go Vap carries no trip fee. Any other district in the city adds 150,000 VND to the collection, once, a flat figure whether the address is in Tân Bình or Nhà Bè. The zone follows where most of our customers live and where the crew can reach in a normal morning; it is not a judgement about the districts outside it. Two consequences worth knowing: if the crew can collect from an address in the zone, the fee does not apply, and deliveries from your dashboard are priced by what rides on the trip, not by the district they go to.

Valet: the nearest facility is your front door

With valet storage you do not go to the facility; you never need to know which one holds your things, in the same way you do not know which warehouse holds a parcel before it arrives. The crew collects from your flat at a slot you choose, photographs and codes every item, and racks it. When you want something, one item or the lot, you request it from the portal and it comes to whatever address you give, the next day at the earliest, 2 days ahead for the standard fee. People in Bình Thạnh and people in Bình Tân get the same service; the only difference is the trip fee.

Self storage: distance is the point

Self storage is for people who will visit: the reseller who picks stock twice a week, the family that wants to open its own boxes, the hobbyist with a project. For them the nearest facility is a real question, and the table above is the answer. Say which facility suits you when you book; the plan is set up there when the section has space. Self storage costs more per month than valet for the same volume, 1,550,000 VND against 1,250,000 VND for a Small, and takes one month's deposit, because it buys access at any time. Both services begin the same way, with the crew collecting from your address.

What to search for instead

If "near me" is standing in for a different question, the better search is the question itself. Wanting the smallest plan is a sizing question. Wanting access at any time is a valet-versus-self-storage question. Wanting the cheapest total is a term and section question. Wanting somewhere to leave suitcases for a day is a hotel question, not a storage one, and our luggage page says so.

Which facility will my things be in?

For valet storage, whichever has the right section and space; you never need to visit, and every item is in your portal with its photograph. For self storage, say which facility suits you when you book.

Is my district in the free zone?

The free zone is Districts 1 to 5, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan and Go Vap. Everywhere else in the city it is 150,000 VND, on the collection, once.

Can I visit my things in valet storage?

Valet storage is designed so that you do not have to; items come to you on request. If you want to open your own boxes regularly, book self storage.

Do you cover the whole city?

Yes, every district; the only difference outside the central eight is the trip fee. Outside the city is quoted.

Can I choose the air-conditioned section at any facility?

Yes. Every facility has both standard and air-conditioned sections.
