My stairs are spiral and narrow. Will a large wardrobe get out?

The crew dismantles it in the house, bags and codes the fittings to the piece, and reassembles on delivery. Anything that cannot be dismantled and will not fit the stairs is flagged on the spot and not charged.

My café closes for two months of refitting. Can I store the whole café?

Yes. Tables, chairs, lighting, equipment and décor are all accepted; electrical equipment must be clean and dry, and gas cylinders and chemicals cannot be stored.

How soon can I get something back?

The next day at the earliest, within 48 hours as standard; express is within 24 hours at double the fee.
