Key facts

Air-conditioned storage at 23 to 25°C, Small plan 1,452,000 VND a month for 12 box-equivalents. Standard storage is not offered for art and instruments in wood, canvas or leather.
Paintings stored upright, never flat, faced with glassine or acid-free paper, corners protected, in the crate or the box you supply or the crew brings.

Do not wrap canvas in plastic film for long storage; it holds moisture against the paint. Breathable materials only. Store nothing face down or with weight on it.

Why humidity is the enemy

Wood swells and shrinks with moisture; a guitar top rises, frets sprout, glue joints creak, a piano soundboard cracks. Canvas slackens and tightens with every wet day, and the paint layer cracks along the movement. Leather cases mould. The city's 75 to 80 percent humidity and its swings between air-conditioned rooms and open air are the damage; a steady 23 to 25°C with correspondingly stable humidity is the cure. A cheap hygrometer in the case tells you what it has been living in.

Retrieval and gigs

Request the guitar for Friday; delivery from the next day, within 48 hours as standard, or within 24 hours on express at double the fee. Send it back with "send more items". Galleries and musicians who rotate pieces keep them as sections in the account with a photo and note each.

Exhibition stock between shows, school instruments over the holidays, backline for touring: business accounts with SKU notes, sections, team roles, a CSV ledger and VAT invoices. We have experience with corporate customers.

Frequently asked

Do you store pianos?

Uprights, by arrangement: ask first and we quote crew, handling and space. Grand pianos are not currently taken.

Can I use my own crates?

Yes, and for valuable work you should. The crew photographs the crate closed and, if you open it for them, the piece.

What about very valuable pieces?

Declare the value when booking. Protection is up to 30,000,000 VND per contract; above that, arrange your own fine-art insurance and we supply the storage conditions summary the insurer asks for.

Can a gallery collect a piece on my behalf?

Yes, as an authorised person named in the account, against ID.
