Reopen against a list, not against somebody’s memory
The hard part of reopening after a refit is not carrying things back in. It is knowing what you put away, and who still remembers. That problem is solved on the night of the pack, or it is never solved.

How it works
- Every box carries a pre-printed barcode, printed before the crew arrives.
- The crew scans it with a phone on site and photographs what goes in.
- The box appears in your account before the van leaves.
- You search by name, code or location instead of remembering.
- Need one item back mid-term: pick it in the account and book a delivery.
Why the scan happens on site
There are two ways to record what went into storage. Record it during the pack, by the person holding the object. Or record it afterwards, at the facility, by somebody who has no idea what it is.
The second way is where every system falls over. It always looks faster on a busy night, and it is always the step that gets skipped. So we do not let it exist: if it is not scanned, the box is not logged as received.

What that list is actually for
- Reopening day: hand over against the scanned list, with no argument about what is missing.
- Mid-term: the builders need one shelving unit, you pick that unit and book a delivery.
- For accounting: the movement ledger exports to CSV, dated and attributed.
- For the landlord: photographs of the empty space taken the same night, filed with the rest.
- When staff change: the new manager looks at photographs instead of asking the one who left.
What the account does
- A photograph per item, searchable by name, code or location.
- Sections and starred items for the things that have to come out first.
- Request delivery of one item, several, or everything.
- Full movement history, exportable to CSV at any time.
- Per-person access: a manager sees everything, staff see only their part.

This is not warehouse software
We do not sell software and you install nothing. The account is a web page, and it knows only about the things sitting in our facility. If you need to manage stock moving through the restaurant itself, that is a different problem and software is the right tool for it.
One item back mid-term: 100,000 VND per item, earliest the next day. Collecting it from the facility yourself is free.

Frequently asked
Is the photograph per item or per box?
Per item, when our crew packs. If you pack it yourself beforehand, the photographs stop at box level.
Who can see the catalogue?
You, and anyone you grant access to. Access is per person, so an accountant can view while a manager can do more.
Can it be exported?
Yes. The movement ledger exports to CSV at any time, dated and attributed.
What if the crew scans the wrong thing?
It gets rescanned against the right item. A rejected capture is reshot, never corrected by hand in the system.
Store it, get it back when you need it
We come to you, pack, photograph every item and keep it on a secure shelf, standard or air-conditioned. One message brings any of it back.
