Storage for restaurants and cafes

Four situations bring a food business to storage, and all four arrive in a hurry: a temporary closure, a refit, a move to another site, or a handover. What they share is a room full of equipment, a deadline someone else set, and nowhere to put any of it. We come, pack, photograph every item, take it away and keep it, then bring it back on the day you open.

The four situations

What the crew does in a food business

Dismantles and wraps tables, chairs, free-standing counters, display shelving and removable partitions.
Wraps espresso machines, grinders, chillers and freezers separately, with hoses and fittings bagged and taped to the unit.
Boxes cups, crockery and glassware with paper interleaved and marked fragile.
Wraps signage, light boxes, artwork and decor separately and names them in the catalogue.
Photographs and codes every item before it is loaded, and signs it over against the list.

What we cannot take

No food in any form, including sealed dry goods in date. No gas cylinders, alcohol or strong cleaning chemicals. Beyond that the general list applies: anything illegal, dangerous, perishable or alive. Clear these before collection day, because the crew will leave them and you will still be dealing with them on handover day.

Truck hours and premises down a lane

Light trucks are barred from many central streets at peak hours, so collections in Districts 1 to 5, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan and Go Vap are usually placed mid-morning or early afternoon. For a lane under about three metres the crew brings a smaller vehicle or carries from the nearest street; put it in the booking notes so the right vehicle and trolleys arrive. Premises inside a mall usually need a delivery window and a service route booked with building management, and that booking stands in your name.

Opening again

Book the delivery from your account; two days ahead is enough. If the new place is finished area by area, split it into several deliveries: kitchen first, front of house after. Need one or two pieces early for photographs or a tasting? Request them individually at 100,000 VND each. Central districts carry no trip fee; other districts add 150,000 VND.

Frequently asked

Do you take commercial kitchen equipment?

Yes: free-standing ranges, chillers, freezers, stainless prep tables and trolleys. Gas, three-phase power and plumbing must be disconnected by a trade first, which you book separately or ask us to arrange.

My place is small, only a few dozen items. How is that priced?

By size, not by item count. Small is 12 boxes with furniture counted as box equivalents, from 1,250,000 VND a month standard.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes, in the company or household-business name with tax code and address, carrying your PO number if you use them.

Will things go mouldy in storage?

Air-conditioned sections hold 23 to 25°C and are meant for wood, rattan, paper, fabric and electronics. Standard sections suit stainless, steel, plastic and sealed packaging.

How long does clearing a place take?

A small cafe is usually half a day; a full restaurant most of a day. You choose the date and the slot when you book.
