Stock control without the warehouse

Most companies go looking for warehouse software because they are holding stock somewhere and no longer know what is in it. There is another way: do not hold it. When the stock sits with us, the counting, the photographs, the low-stock alerts and the cycle counts are already in your account. You open a browser and install nothing.

What people are really asking for

The question behind "warehouse software" is usually three questions: how many are left, where are they, and who took them. Software answers all three, provided somebody keys the movements in correctly every day. That is the part that breaks. The stock is in one place, the person keying is in another, and after a few weeks the number on the screen stops matching the number on the shelf.

When the stock is with us, the record is written at the moment it moves, by the person holding the item. There is no separate data-entry step to forget.

We do not sell software and we are not trying to replace an ERP. If your company has its own warehouse and staff in it, software is the right tool. This page is for the other case.

What the account does

A catalogue by code: a photograph, a code and a shelf location for every item. Search by any of them.
Par levels per code, with a flag when the count falls below the level you set.
Restock requests: choose the codes and quantities, and the crew receives a picking list.
Cycle counts: open a count, count against the shelf, see shelf against system line by line, and closing the count corrects the stock to what is actually there.
A full movement ledger: what, how many, when, and who. Exports to CSV.
Four roles: View only, Ordering, Admin and Owner. The accountant sees; the stock person requests.

Cycle counts, the part that gets skipped

A cycle count is where you find out whether the records are true. Each count records the shelf figure beside the system figure, shows the variance line by line, and closing it corrects the stock to the real number with a ledger entry saying that is what happened. Every counted line carries the name of the person who counted it, so when something is off you know who to ask rather than guessing.

Paperwork for a company

VAT invoices in the company name with tax code and address, carrying your PO number if you use them.
A written quote before anything is collected, naming the size, the section and the term total.
A signed handover list at every collection and every delivery.
Catalogue and ledger exports to CSV at any time, for an audit or your own accounts.

Frequently asked

Is there software to install?

No. The account runs in a browser, with a login per person and a role each.

Can several colleagues use it?

Yes. The owner invites colleagues by email and assigns View only, Ordering, Admin or Owner. Every request records who made it.

How fast can stock come back out?

Request it in the account; next day at the earliest. Delivery is 100,000 VND per item. Central districts carry no trip fee; other districts add 150,000 VND.

Does it connect to our sales system?

There is no automatic integration today. You export CSV from the account and load it into your own system.

Do cycle counts cost extra?

No. They are run from the account and counted by the crew against the shelf.
