Stock storage for businesses

Stock does not need a warehouse. It needs somewhere dry, a catalogue that is true, and a way to get one item out quickly when an order lands. We collect from your shop or your current storeroom, count it in by code, and from then on you manage it in a browser.

The short answer

  • From 1,250,000 VND a month by size, not by the square metre.
  • Collection from 3,300,000 VND, including the van, the crew, boxes and wrapping.
  • Counted in by code with a photograph each; set par levels and get flagged before you run out.
  • Single items delivered at 100,000 VND, next day at the earliest. Central districts carry no trip fee.
  • VAT invoices in the company name, one invoice a month.

How it is priced

By size rather than by the square metre, so there is nothing to measure. Small is 12 boxes with furniture as box equivalents, Medium 24, Large 48. Storage is billed month to month. Above Large is quoted in writing.

When an order comes in

Open the account, choose the codes and quantities, set a date. The crew receives a picking list, takes those items off the shelf and delivers to the address you give, next day at the earliest, at 100,000 VND per item. Collecting from the facility yourself is free.

We do not pack and post individual orders to your end customers. This is catalogued storage, not a fulfilment service.

What we cannot take

No fresh or frozen food, nothing flammable, no gas cylinders or strong chemicals. Beyond that the general list applies: anything illegal, dangerous, perishable or alive

Is it priced by square metre or by pallet?

By size, counted in boxes. Small 12, Medium 24, Large 48. Above Large is quoted in writing.

Do you do fulfilment, packing and posting to customers?

No. We hold catalogued stock and deliver it back to you or to an address you name. We do not pack individual orders for end customers.

Can my staff check stock themselves?

Yes, by role: View only, Ordering, Admin or Owner, assigned by the account owner.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes, in the company name with tax code and address, carrying your PO number if you use them.
