From your door to the shelf, and back
The hard part of storage is not the transport. It is knowing where something is six months later, when the person who packed it has changed jobs. This is how we close that gap, one step at a time.

The chain, in six steps
- At your home: packed, every item photographed, the box sealed.
- Every box carries a pre-printed barcode, scanned on the spot.
- Counted on site, against the list, before the van leaves.
- At the facility: scanned again into the unit, and the location is recorded.
- In your account: photographs, codes, location and the movement ledger.
- The way back: you pick items, the crew fetches those items, every removal leaves a line.
Step one, at your home
The crew packs and photographs each item before the box closes. The photograph happens here, not at the facility, because by the time it reaches the facility the item is already inside a box.
Step two, the barcode
Barcodes are printed before the crew arrives, stuck on the box, and scanned with a phone on the spot. If it is not scanned, the box is not logged as received.

Step three, counted before the van leaves
The box count is settled on site, not at the facility. Counting somewhere else, later, by somebody who was not there when it was packed, is how numbers start to disagree.
Step four, into the unit
At the facility the box is scanned again as it goes into the unit, so the location lives in the system. The crew does not have to remember what they put where, and you do not have to trust that memory.

Step five, your account
From here you never have to call anyone to find out what you have. In the account: a photograph of each item, search by name or code, sections and starred items, the full movement ledger and a CSV export whenever you want one.

Step six, the way back
You pick items in the account and book a slot. The crew goes to the unit, fetches those items, and delivers to your door. 100,000 VND per item, earliest the next day, double for express. Collecting from the facility yourself is free.
The final return on a both-ways plan is already inside your fee.
| Size | Collection only | Collection and return |
|---|---|---|
| Small | 3,300,000 VND | 5,100,000 VND |
| Medium | 6,000,000 VND | 8,900,000 VND |
| Large | 11,300,000 VND | 16,600,000 VND |
Every step leaves a line
What all six steps have in common is that none of them depends on somebody remembering. That is the whole design. A system that runs on memory works beautifully in month one and fails in month eight, which is exactly when you need it.

Frequently asked
Can I pack myself and have you only transport?
Yes. But the catalogue then stops at box level rather than item level, because we can only photograph what we can see.
When are the photographs taken?
At your home, before the box closes.
Can I get one item back?
Yes, 100,000 VND per item, earliest the next day. You do not have to take the whole lot.
Can I see a history of who handled my things?
Yes. The movement ledger records which item, what date and who did it, and exports to CSV.
Store it, get it back when you need it
We come to you, pack, photograph every item and keep it on a secure shelf, standard or air-conditioned. One message brings any of it back.
