Where we keep your things, and who runs the building
Tủ Mây does not own a warehouse. We work with MyStorage, who run the largest self-storage network in Vietnam, and we do the rest: come to your door, pack, photograph every item, put it on a shelf and bring it back when you ask. Here is how that split works.

Who does what
- MyStorage runs the building: the units, the locks, CCTV, fire systems, pest control.
- Tủ Mây runs the service: collection, packing, the photographed catalogue, the account, the returns.
- Your contract is with Tu May Company Limited, not with the facility operator.
- Five facilities, in Districts 1, 2, 6, 7 and Thủ Đức.
- Valet customers never visit. The catalogue and the crew replace the trip.
Why we did not build our own warehouse
A new storage company has two options. Rent a shed, put up racking, and call it a facility. Or put customers' things in a building that was purpose-built for this and concentrate on the part you are actually good at.
The first is cheaper for us and worse for you. A rented shed has no per-customer lockable unit, no fingerprint entry, rarely a compliant fire system, and almost never air conditioning running all year. You do not see that difference in month one. You see it in month eight.

The line, drawn plainly
| The work | Who does it |
|---|---|
| The building, the units, the door locks | MyStorage |
| CCTV, fire systems, pest control | MyStorage |
| Air conditioning in the climate-controlled areas | MyStorage |
| Coming to your door, packing, wrapping | Tủ Mây |
| Photographing and cataloguing every item | Tủ Mây |
| The account, delivery requests, the movement ledger | Tủ Mây |
| Delivering back to your door | Tủ Mây |
| Your invoice and your contract | Tủ Mây |
The most important line in that table is the last one. You sign with us, pay us, and call us when something is wrong. You never have to deal with MyStorage, and you never need to know who is on the desk.
What you get out of the arrangement
- Five locations instead of one, so your things sit near where you live.
- Air-conditioned storage held at 23 to 25°C, which a rented shed cannot do.
- A lockable unit per customer rather than a corner of shared racking.
- Fire systems and scheduled pest control, rather than pest control when somebody remembers.
- All of our effort goes into the part you actually see: the crew, the catalogue and the return.

If you want a unit, not a service
If what you want is to rent a unit yourself, drive your own things there and keep your own key, then you want MyStorage and not us, and we would rather say so. We do sell a self-storage plan, but what we add to it is the crew who bring your things and the photographed catalogue. If you do not need those two things, going direct is cheaper.
This page exists because we would rather tell you that than have you work it out after paying.

Frequently asked
So is Tủ Mây just a reseller for MyStorage?
No. We come to your home, pack, photograph every item, transport it, shelve it, and deliver any single item back on request. The building is one link in that chain, not the whole of it.
Who is my contract with?
Tu May Company Limited. The invoice comes from us and carries our tax number.
Can I visit and see my things?
On a valet plan you do not need to and you do not. You look at a photograph of each item in your account. On a self-storage plan the unit is yours and you have access.
What happens to my things if the partnership ends?
They stay yours and your contract stays with us. There are five facilities, so moving between them is our problem, not yours.
Store it, get it back when you need it
We come to you, pack, photograph every item and keep it on a secure shelf, standard or air-conditioned. One message brings any of it back.
