Inside the facility, photographed with our own camera

Most storage websites in Vietnam use bought stock photographs, usually of a warehouse somewhere in Europe. This is the actual building your things go into, photographed while the crew was working.

What you are looking at

  • A lockable steel unit per customer, with a roller door.
  • An electronic lock on the door: keypad or fingerprint.
  • Lit corridors, wide enough for a loaded trolley.
  • Fire regulations and a no-naked-flame sign at the entrance.
  • Five facilities, in Districts 1, 2, 6, 7 and Thủ Đức.

A unit, not a corner of shared racking

This is the first and biggest difference from a rented shed. Your things sit inside four walls with a door that locks, rather than sharing a floor with somebody else's stock.

On a valet plan the crew loads the unit and you never need to come. On a self-storage plan the unit is yours, you hold the key, and you can come whenever the facility is open.

The door and the lock

The door opens by keypad or fingerprint, with a bilingual instruction card beside it. There is no bunch of keys hanging behind a desk.

The corridor, which matters more than you would think

Wide, lit corridors are not decoration. They decide whether getting one item out of a unit takes two minutes or half an hour, and whether a heavy box gets wheeled or dragged.

Fire

The fire regulations, the firefighting procedure card and a no-naked-flame sign are at the entrance to the unit block. This is the sort of thing a rented shed rarely has, and the sort of thing you do not think about until you need it.

Every box is scanned on the way in

Boxes are not simply put away. The barcode is read as it goes in, so where it sits lives in the system rather than in the memory of whoever carried it.

Standard and air-conditioned

Both are in the same building. The air-conditioned area holds 23 to 25°C and is for wood, leather, paper and electronics. Standard is for everything else and costs less a month.

Valet customers do not choose a facility, because you do not go there. Self-storage customers name the one they want in the booking notes, and availability decides.

Frequently asked

Are these real photographs or stock?

Real, taken at the facility on 10 and 13 September 2026 while the crew was working.

Can I go into the facility?

On a self-storage plan, yes, the unit is yours. On a valet plan you do not need to: you look at a photograph of each item in your account and book a delivery.

Which facility holds my things?

Whichever is near and has room. If you need to know precisely, ask us and we will tell you.

Is the facility open at weekends?

Our crew collects and delivers 08:00 to 21:00, seven days. Self-storage access hours are set by the facility operator.

Store it, get it back when you need it

We come to you, pack, photograph every item and keep it on a secure shelf, standard or air-conditioned. One message brings any of it back.
