Who can open your unit
This is the question everybody thinks about and few ask out loud. The answer depends on which plan you are on, so here are both, plainly.

The short answer
- Self storage: the unit is yours and you hold the access. We do not go in unless you ask.
- Valet: our crew does go in, to fetch the item you asked us to deliver.
- The door opens by keypad or fingerprint, not by a key hanging behind a desk.
- Every removal writes a line in your movement ledger, dated and attributed.
- The facility operator runs CCTV and controls entry to the building.
How the door opens
The unit has an electronic lock: keypad or fingerprint. That is a real difference from a padlock, because a code or a fingerprint belongs to a person and a key belongs to nobody in particular.

If you rent self storage
The unit is yours. You hold the access, you come and go during opening hours, and we do not go in. What we do is bring your things, load them, and build the photographed catalogue if you want one.

If you are on a valet plan
Our crew does go into the unit, because that is the service: you request one item in your account and somebody has to go and get that item. What matters is that it never happens quietly.
Every time something leaves the shelf, that line is in your movement ledger: which item, what date, who did it. You can export it to CSV at any time. We do not go in to "check on" anything; we go in because you asked for something.

The building side
The facility operator is responsible for everything around your unit: CCTV, controlled entry, fire systems, and pest control on a schedule. We are their customer in the same way you are ours.
- CCTV in the common areas, around the clock.
- Controlled entry to the building. Not everyone can simply walk in.
- Fire regulations and a no-naked-flame sign at the entrance to the units.
- Scheduled pest control, on a calendar rather than when somebody remembers.
What we will not hold
Not everything can go into storage. We do not accept anything illegal, dangerous, perishable or alive. With a locked unit sitting next to somebody else's locked unit, that is not a box-ticking rule.
Protection up to 30,000,000 VND per contract. The detail and the limits are on the terms page.

Frequently asked
Does anyone open my boxes?
No. Boxes are packed and sealed at your home, and each item is photographed before the box closes. After that a box is only opened when you ask for something inside it.
Can I change the access code?
On a self-storage plan yes. The facility operator handles it and we walk you through it.
Who inside your company can see my catalogue?
Staff, to the extent their job needs it. Inside your own account you decide who sees what: view only, ordering, admin, or owner.
Has anything ever gone missing?
We do not publish numbers we cannot measure. What is measurable is the ledger: every time an item leaves a shelf there is a dated, attributed line.
Store it, get it back when you need it
We come to you, pack, photograph every item and keep it on a secure shelf, standard or air-conditioned. One message brings any of it back.
