"Service" is a word every warehouse uses. Here is exactly what it means at Tủ Mây, in the order it happens, and what it costs at each step, so there is nothing to discover on collection day.

Key facts

One collection fee from 1,093,000 VND covers the crew, the truck, boxes and wrapping, dismantling and reassembly, and a photograph of every item.
Storage from 1,158,000 VND a month standard, 1,452,000 VND air-conditioned at 23 to 25°C. Billed month to month.
Delivery of single items from the next day, requested in your account, one price per item. Disposal on request, confirmed with you first.
Support messages answered in business hours; items released only to the account holder or an authorised person.

Book a pickup

Before collection

Book online in about three minutes. Choose valet or a unit, a size, standard or air-conditioned, one-way or return collection, and a date at least 2 days out. When our office confirms, one invoice for the term is issued, paid before the crew comes.
Tell us anything unusual in the notes: a piano, a building with a goods-lift booking, a gate code, a fourth-floor walk-up.
Prepare only what needs it: defrost the fridge 48 hours ahead, drain the washing machine, take batteries out of devices, keep passports, cash and jewellery with you.

On the day

A crew with materials. Furniture photographed as found, then dismantled and wrapped. Loose things boxed by room and labelled.
A code and a photo for every box and every large item. You approve the catalogue on your phone and sign.
Loading, transport in our truck, unloading onto shelving or into your unit, positions recorded. Your account updates the same day.
If the crew finds less than booked, the plan is reduced. If more, they tell you before loading. Rush bookings under 2 days add 30% of the collection fee; districts outside the central eight add 230,000 VND.

While things are stored

Browse every item with its photo. Search, sections, stars, notes.
Request one item back, a basket of items, or everything. Earliest the next day, within 48 hours as standard; express is within 24 hours at double the fee. One price per item, a box or a wardrobe alike. Change a delivery before the day.
Send more items: the crew collects and adds them, priced per item. Outgrown the plan: move up a size from the next term.
Request disposal of things you no longer want. We confirm before anything is destroyed.
One invoice a month, paid by bank transfer. Change or close the plan from the account.
Ask a question by support message; answered in business hours. Facility conditions, including the target temperature, are shown in the account.

At the end

Request "return everything and close". The crew delivers to the address you give, reassembles beds and wardrobes, and places furniture where you point. Ask for it whenever you are ready; until then it renews month to month. If you booked return collection at the start, that trip is already paid.

Service for companies

The same steps apply to an office archive, a showroom refit or an employee relocation, with the additions a company needs: VAT invoices, a master account with Owner, Admin, Ordering and View only roles, par levels for stock with a weekly summary email, and a CSV ledger over 30 or 90 days. We have experience working with large corporate customers and can work to a building's access hours and loading-dock rules.

Frequently asked

What exactly is included in the collection fee?

Crew, truck, dismantling and later reassembly of furniture, and a photograph of every item. Packing and the materials are a separate line, from {EN.PACK} VND. It is paid once, for collection only or for collection plus the final return.

Do you inspect or open my boxes?

No. Sealed boxes are photographed and coded as they are. You keep the inventory of what is inside, and you can add it as a note in the account.

What if I need something urgently?

Request express delivery from the account: within 24 hours at double the fee. Standard delivery is from the next day, within 48 hours.

Can someone else receive my delivery?

Only if you have authorised them in the account. Otherwise the crew releases items only to the account holder with matching ID.

Can you dispose of things for me?

Yes. Request disposal per item from the account; we confirm with you before anything is destroyed.
