How the move day goes

The crew arrives at the booked slot with boxes, wrap and tools.
You point; they pack. Fragile things wrapped individually, wardrobes and beds dismantled, fittings bagged and logged with the main item.
Each box and item is photographed and coded. You review the catalogue on the phone and sign.
The truck leaves for the facility. That evening the catalogue is in your account.
In storage, you can call single items out from the next day, for example the box with the kettle and towels.
On the new move-in day the crew delivers, reassembles the furniture and places it where you say.

What it costs against a two-truck move

A moving company with no storage charges you twice: once into a friend's garage or a hurried unit, once out. With storage in the middle you pay one collection-and-return fee, 3,910,000 VND for a typical one-bedroom, plus storage from 2,006,000 VND for each month started. Two weeks in the middle is one month. The comparison most people miss is the hotel: a week in a hotel with five suitcases costs more than the whole storage month.

Sizing without a survey

Small is a studio, 12 boxes and equivalents. Medium is a one-bedroom, 24. Large is two to three bedrooms, 48. Book the size you think and let the crew adjust on the day; if it is smaller, you pay the smaller plan. If it is bigger, they tell you before loading.

Boxes you keep out

Documents, passports, cash, jewellery: with you, always.
A first-night box: kettle, two cups, towels, bedding, chargers, toiletries, a knife and a plate each.
Anything you will need within two days. Delivery is from the next day, so a bad sort costs you a delivery fee, not a crisis.

Frequently asked

Can the crew deliver to a different district from where they collected?

Yes, anywhere in the city. The flat 230,000 VND fee applies to a collection from, or a delivery to, an address outside Districts 1 to 5, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan and Go Vap.

What if the new place is delayed again?

If the delay runs past your term, book another term from the account; nothing renews on its own. Change the delivery date from the account before the day.

Do you move things that are not going into storage?

No. We are a storage service with a moving crew, not a removals company. If part of the load goes straight to the new flat, use a mover for that part or store it for a month and have us deliver.

Can I get a few boxes back before the big delivery?

Yes, from the next day. A delivery is 100,000 VND an item, a box or a wardrobe alike; express within 24 hours doubles it, and collecting from the facility yourself is free.
