The digitising part

Once it is stored, the catalogue becomes your inventory: a photograph, a code and a location for every item, searchable by name or code, exportable to CSV. For most companies this is the first time they actually know what they are holding. A good deal of it gets thrown out once it can be seen, and thrown out with a record rather than simply vanishing.

Getting things back

One box for an audit, one laptop for a new starter, the whole banner set for next week's fair. Request it in the account, next day at the earliest, 100,000 VND per item. Central districts carry no trip fee; other districts add 150,000 VND.

We are in a serviced office. Can you still collect?

Yes. We collect from the address you give. Many buildings want a lift booking and a delivery window, and that booking stands in your name.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes, in the company name with tax code and address, one invoice a month.

Are the items insured?

Every contract includes protection up to 30,000,000 VND under the terms in your account. Declare anything worth more when booking so we can agree handling before collection day.

We want to throw some of it away. Can you help?

Yes. Request disposal item by item in the account. It needs confirming before anything is destroyed, and every step is in the ledger.
