No. We do not power machines on, sign in, or touch what is on them. Please wipe them before handover.

Can serial numbers go in the catalogue?

Yes. Name each item by serial or asset tag and search that exact string in the account.

Can you deliver to an employee at home?

Yes. The delivery address is whatever you give with the request, at 100,000 VND per item.

What happens to faulty machines?

Request disposal in the account. It needs confirming before anything is destroyed, and every step stays in the ledger.
