Personal contents of a one-bedroom typically fit a Medium plan: 2,006,000 VND a month standard, 2,516,000 VND air-conditioned. Furnishing you leave in place costs nothing to store.
Collection 1,955,000 VND one way for Medium; return booked when the tenancy ends, or both ways now for 3,910,000 VND.
The photo catalogue doubles as your inventory of what left the flat, useful against the tenant's inventory of what stayed.
A 6 or 12 month term takes 10 or 15 percent off; most tenancies run a year.

The rule agents use: a tenant should be able to open any cupboard and find it empty. Locked "owner's cupboards" are a source of disputes and a lower rent. Store it instead.

Sequence

Agree the tenancy start with the agent; count back a week.
Book collection for two days before the agent's photography and inventory, giving 2 days notice.
Crew packs and photographs the store pile; you sign the catalogue.
The agent inventories the flat with only the furnishing in it. Two clean inventories, no overlap.
When the tenancy ends, book the return for the day after the tenant's check-out, or straight to your next address.

Climate matters for a year

A tenancy is long enough for humidity to do its work. Books, leather, wooden furniture you store, photographs and electronics belong in the air-conditioned section at 23 to 25°C. Clothes in cotton and synthetics, plastics and metal are fine in standard. Many owners split the load: the sensitive third air-conditioned, the rest standard. Ask when booking and we quote both.

Owners abroad

Everything works from the account: deliveries to a new tenant's request (an extra lamp, the spare mattress), invoices paid by bank transfer, support messages. An authorised person, your agent for instance, can receive deliveries on your behalf. For owners with several units, a business account keeps each flat's contents as its own section with photos and notes.

Can the crew collect while the agent is photographing?

Better the day before. Photos of an empty, clean flat let for more and settle deposit disputes later.

What about things I only need occasionally, like a suitcase?

Request a single delivery from the account when you need it, and send it back with "send more items". One price per item, a box or a wardrobe alike.

Can I store the tenant's things at the end?

Only on the tenant's own account. We release items only to the account holder or an authorised person.

Is the storage insured?

Items are protected up to 30,000,000 VND per contract under the terms, with the collection photos as the condition record. Declare high-value items when booking.
